How do credits work? Illustrations cost credits, bought in packs from inside the app. There is no subscription and no account to create. Credits do not expire.
An illustration failed. Was I charged? No. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. For a whole-book job, any chapter that produced no image is refunded.
My purchase did not appear. Open Buy Credits and tap Restore Purchases. If the balance is still wrong, email the address above with the approximate time of purchase.
Where are my images stored? Generated images are downloaded to your device and kept there. The copy on our servers is deleted automatically after seven days.
Can I use my own books? Yes — open any EPUB from Files, or search Project Gutenberg and Standard Ebooks from inside the app.
Why was an illustration refused? Passages are checked before an image is generated. Ordinary literary violence is allowed; graphic or explicit content is refused. No credit is charged when a passage is refused.
